Potato/Tapioca Starch, Potato Flakes, Pasteurized Egg White, Emulsifier (Mono Glyceride of Palm Oil), Stabilizer - Xanthan Gum, Spices.
Add 1 teaspoon each of oil and salt to about 1 quart of boiling water. Gradually add contents of package, so that water does not stop boiling. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain. Add oil, fried onion or garlic, salt and spices.
