Pizza Dough: Things You'll Need: 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp oil (grapeseed or vegetable), 6 tbsp water. Instructions: Makes two 8 inch pizza crusts. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Wisk apple cider vinegar, oil and water together in a large bowl. Add mix and combine well until a firm dough forms. Spread a light layer of oil on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Split dough into two equal portions. Place dough onto oiled baking sheet or pizza stone and flatten into a 8 inch circle using the heel of your palm. Having a bit of oil on your hands makes it easier to manipulate the dough and prevent it from sticking. This dough will not rise, so form a heightened crust along the edges with your fingers. Repeat with second portion of dough. Bake both crusts for 5 minutes without anything on top. Take out of oven, add sauce and desired toppings then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and enjoy! (Best served with a fork and knife).
