Almond flour banana muffin & bread mix: Makes 9 muffins, 36 mini muffins, or one 7.5" x 3.5" loaf. You'll need: 1 egg* (substitute information below). 2/3 cup of water. 1 tbsp of oil, butter or ghee (coconut oil works well). Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine baking mix, egg, water and oil/butter/ghee. 3. Stir mix together until a batter is formed and there are no clumps. 4. If making muffins, spoon mix into a greased tin or a tin filled with liners, fill each well approximately 3/4 full with batter. If making a loaf, spoon mixture into a 7.5" x 3.5" greased loaf pan. 5. Place in the oven and bake (20 minutes for muffins, 12 minutes for mini muffins, or 45 minutes for a loaf) or until a toothpick comes out clean. *Vegan or avoiding eggs?
