Things You'll Need: 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy) + 2 tsp vanilla + 3 tbsp butter or oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable). Instructions: Makes 12 cookies. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk milk and vanilla together in a large bowl. Add baking mix and stir until small balls form. Stir the melted butter or oil into the large bowl until well blended. Note: If using melted butter or melted coconut oil, cool slightly before adding. Drop 1 rounded tbsp of cookie mix onto a parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet to prevent cookies from sticking. Save for another day!
