Almonds, Organic Coconut Sugar, Chocolate Chips (Cane Juice, Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla), Arrowroot Powder, Organic Coconut Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt.


Things You'll Need: 1 egg + 2 tsp vanilla + 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable). Instructions: Makes 18-24 cookies. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Wisk eggs, vanilla, and melted butter/oil in a large bowl. Add baking mix to the wet ingredients and stir until completely combined. Drop 1 tbsp scoops of cookie mix onto a lightly greased cookie tray. Moisten fingers with water and flatten cookies before putting them in the oven (they don't spread out while cooking). Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cookies start to brown just slightly. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet to prevent cookies from sticking. Save for another day! Our mixes contain no preservatives. Store cookies in the fridge or freezer for later. Mix it Up: Fold in a small handful of one of these delicious items right into the batter!
