Directions

Artisan Bread: Things You'll Need: eggs + water + oil (olive oil) + apple cider vinegar. Flatbread: 2 eggs, 2 tbsp water; 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Makes two 7 inch flatbreads. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Let dough sit 4 minutes (dough will thicken). Divide dough into two equal portions and place on greased cookie sheet. Moisten fingers to prevent sticking and shape into two 7 inch circles. Bake for 20 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops. Dinner Rolls: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Makes 12 dinner rolls. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Pour batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each 1/2 full. Bake 25 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops. Loaf: 3 eggs; 1/4 cup water; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Makes one 7.5 inch x 3.5 inch loaf. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Spoon dough into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until edges of loaf start to pull away from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool completely. Save for another day! Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer. Mix it Up: Sprinkle flatbread with grated cheese, fresh rosemary and sea salt. Include 1/4 tsp of garlic for garlic rolls.
