1) Measure 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cup of your favorite dry elbow pasta. Do not salt pasta water. 2) Prepare and drain pasta as instructed, but do not rinse. 3) Add 1/4 cup milk and contents of packet to pan. Stir. (1 tbs. butter can be added for extra creaminess). 4) Place cooked pasta in pan with prepared sauce. Enjoy and be merry!
