Keep refrigerated. 3-minute stove top greens! 1 bag cooking with spinach + Powergreens!ï¿½. 1 t olive oil or your favorite oil. Salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. When hot, add whole bag and cover with lid. Stir after 1 minute and replace lid. Cook 2 minutes more for perfect greens. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2-3. For garlic lovers add 1 clove crushed garlic to skillet when you add greens. Or sprinkle greens with 1/2tsp garlic powder half way through cooking. For an Italian touch top with 1 T parmesan and 1 t toasted pine nuts. For superfood greens add 1/8 c dried blueberries, cranberries or mixed berries to skillet when you add greens. When finished, add 1 T walnuts, toasted and chopped coarse.
