Directions: gently turn the sealed bag over a few times to insure a good mix of all ingredients. Mix 2 tbsp. of cereal with 4-5 tbsp. of milk or milk substitute; stir; wait 5 minutes for the Chia seeds to soak and enjoy a nutritiously unique breakfast cereal with a nutty seed flavor.
