Organic Farro Wheat.
How to cook: Rinse the farro under cold water before cooking. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil. Add 1 cup of farro and a pinch of salt (optional). Cover with a lid, and let simmer on low-medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Ready in about 25 min.
