What you need: Water or milk 1 cup. Oil 1/2 cup. Eggs 3. Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease baking pan lightly. Mix. Combine in a large bowl: cake mix, water, oil & eggs. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into your cake pan of choice. Bake. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Baking times: Two 8" or 9" rounds - Baking times - 30-35 minutes. 24 Cupcakes (2/3 full) - Baking times - 18-23 minutes. 48 Mini cupcakes (2/3 full) - Baking times - 16-21 minutes.
