Cinnamon Sugar Puff MuffinsYou'll Need1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter melted or 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup milk, 2 large eggs for muffins.1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted for topping.Bakes 12 muffins.1. Preheat oven to 375oF. Lightly grease or line with muffin papers one standard or two mini muffin pans.2. Stir together muffin mix, butter or oil, mix, and eggs until well combined; scrape bowl as needed.3. Divide batter evenly between the muffin cups (each should be about half full).4. Bake standard muffins for 12–16 minutes (mini muffins for 8–10 minutes), or until muffin centers feel firm and a cake tester comes out clean.5. Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan.6. Place melted butter and cinnamon sugar in separate small shallow bowls. Dip muffins in butter then roll in cinnamon sugar.
