Preparation Guidelines: Use 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee (7-8 grams). Adjust to personal taste. Preparation: Espresso/cappuccino: 1 ounce water, fine grind. Brewed coffee (auto drip): 2 cups (5 ozs each) water, medium grind. French Press: 8 ounces water, medium grind. Italian Moka: 5 ounces water, fine grind. Storage - Keep away from sunlight and heat. To preserve the coffee after opening and extend its freshness, store it in the refrigerator. Do not freeze. After opening, best consumed within 15 days. Best before month end: date shown on bottom of can. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
