Cooked Brown Rice (Long Grain Brown Rice, Water), Button Mushrooms, Rolled Oats, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Onions, Water, Hydrated Wheat Bulgur (Water, Bulgur Wheat), Crimini Mushrooms, Spices, Portabella Mushrooms, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cultures, Annatto Color), contains two percent or less of Salt, Natural Flavors, Modified Vegetable Gum, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Whey, Malted Barley, Annatto Extract, Malted Barley Flour, Onion Powder, Mushroom Powder, Guar Gum, Annatto Extract (color), Turmeric Extract (color), Soy Lecithin.


Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised. In the Skillet (For Crispier Texture): 1. Lightly spray both sides of burger with cooking oil. 2. Place frozen burger in non-stick skillet. 3. Heat burger over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time. In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. 3. Microwaving more than one burger at a time is not recommended. On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
