Pre-Cooked Corn Meal.
1. Bring 4 1/2 cups of water to a rapid boil, salt to taste. 2. Add Polenta to water by pouring slowly while stirring until mixture is thickened (about 1 minute). 3. Remove from heat and serve as is or with butter, cheese, or cold sliced and fried in DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
