Classic Sugar Cookies: You will need from your pantry: 6 oz (1 stick and a half) chilled, unsalted butter; 1-2 tbsp cold water; 1 whole egg. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookie mix into bowl of an electric mixer or food processer. Blend butter and mix on lowest speed (or pulse) until butter is completely cut into flour, no lumps. Add egg and mix until the dough comes together. Add water 1 tbsp at a time, you may not need the 2nd tbsp. Form 2 flat disks and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface roll to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with your favorite fun shapes. Spray cookie sheet lightly with pan spray. Bake 10-12 minutes. Decorate as desired or enjoy as is! Makes about 20 cookies.
