1. Prepare filling. Brown 1 lb (454 g) ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat. Add Taco Seasoning Mix and 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) 125 ml of water. Bring to boil. Simmer. Stir occasionally until liquid is reduced. 2. Warm taco shells. Heat Taco Shells on baking sheet in preheated 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) oven for 4-5 minutes until shells are crisp. Or microwave unwrapped tray of shells for 30 seconds on high setting. 3. Prepare topping and serve. Fill each heated Taco Shell with 3 teaspoons of taco meat. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and taco sauce, as desired. Other delicious toppings included: Chopped avocado or guacamole, finely chopped green onion, diced green chilies, sliced olives and sour cream. Store in a cool dry place. Heat before serving 350 degrees F for 4 to 5 minutes.
