Cooking Directions: Skillet: Add 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen Boca Ground Crumbles to large nonstick skillet, or regular skillet, spray generously with cooking spray. Cook on medium heat 12 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160F), stirring frequently. Ready for Recipes: 3 cups Boca Ground Crumbles = 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained. For Recipes or Sauces: Add frozen Boca Ground Crumbles directly from pouch--no need to brown separately. Use Boca Ground Crumbles as a replacement for browned ground beef in sauces, chili, taco mixtures or casserole dishes. Italian Made Easy: Add frozen Boca Ground Crumbles to spaghetti sauce in saucepan. Bring sauce to boil, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked pasta, as a sauce for lasagna, or as a filling for stuffed bell peppers. . Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160F for food safety and quality.
