Whole Grain Oats.

Directions

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions: Stovetop: Bring 2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup gluten free rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Makes 2 servings. Microwave: In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats and 1 cup water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir oats and microwave another 30 seconds. Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
