Pasta: Soft Wheat Flour, Pasteurized Eggs, Durum Wheat Semolina. Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Cultured Whey, Salt, Citric Acid), Grana Padano Dop (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Lysozyme), Butter, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Rennet), Rice Flour, Parmigiano Reggiano Dop (Milk, Salt, Rennet), Potato Flakes, Whey Powder, Wheat Fiber, Salt, Spices.
Once opened use within three days. Best before: see date on the pack. Cooking care & storage. Add pasta to 4 quarts salted, boiling water. Boil gently 1 to 2 minutes or 2 to 3 if frozen. Drain pasta. Serve immediately and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Suitable for home freezing. This product has been previously frozen and returned to a refrigerated temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. If freeze, freeze the day of purchase and use within two months. Perishable keep refrigerated.
