Organic Whole Grain Rolled Oats.
1 Serving: 1/3 Cup Oat Flakes, 1 Cup water, Dash salt (optional), 8 Minutes in microwave. 2 Servings: 1/2 Cup Oat Flakes, 1 1/2 Cup water, Dash salt (optional), 10 Minutes in microwave. 3 Servings: 2/3 Cups Oat Flakes, 2 Cups water, 1/4 tsp Salt (optional), 12 Minutes in microwave. Combine water and Oat Flakes in microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave on High for the minutes above, or until desired tenderness is reached. Stovetop: Boil water. Slowly stir Oat Flakes in boiling water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until water is absorbed and oats are smooth and creamy. Store in a cool dry place.
