Gluten Free Fudge Brownies: Ingredients: 1 package Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Brownie Mix; 1/4 cup warm water; 2 eggs; 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine water, oil and eggs, mix in brownie mix with fork until just blended. Batter will be very thick. 3. Pour in a greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 31-35 minutes. Toothpick will be slightly moist. 4. Brownie will continue to cook during cooling. Cool completely before cutting, approximately 30 minutes. The result is yummy, fudgy brownies. Makes 20 servings in 8x8 inch pan. Store in a cool, dry place.
