Yield 20 servings in 8x8 inch pan. 1 package Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Brownie Mix; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1/4 cup warm water; 2 eggs. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine water, oil and eggs. Mix in brownie mix with fork until just blended. Batter will be very thick. 3. Pour in a greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 36-40 minutes. Toothpick will be slightly moist. 4. Brownie will continue to cook during cooling. Cool completely before cutting, approximately 30 minutes. The result is yummy, fudgy brownies. Store in a cool dry place.
