Ingredients

Sea Salt, Organic Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Organic Enriched White Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Organic Whole Grain Yellow Corn Meal, Organic Inulin, Buttermilk Solids (Milk)

Directions

Corn Bread (Serves 8): 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Cornbread & Muffin Mix; 2 tbsp Hain Canola Oil; 1 egg; 1-1/4 cup water; 2 tbsp. honey. Mix all liquid ingredients in mixing bowl. Add Cornbread & Muffin Mix and stir lightly until moistened. Pour into an oiled 8 inch square baking dish and bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Muffins (Makes 12 Muffins): 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Cornbread & Muffin Mix; 3 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil; 1 egg; 1-1/3 cup water; 3 tbsp. honey. Mix all liquid ingredients in mixing bowl. Add Cornbread & Muffin Mix and stir lightly until moistened. Pour into an oiled muffin pan and bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven for 12-15 minutes, or until done. Store in a cool dry place.
