Basic cooking directions. 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: add 2 tbsp. of oil to water. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. 3. Return to boil, stirring frequently. 4. Cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes*. Do not overcook. 5. Drain *Water will turn yellow from the corn starches, this is normal.
