Black Bean Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Organic Quinoa Flour.

Directions

Cooking directions: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: add 2 tbsp of oil to water. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. 3. Return to boil, stirring frequently. 4. Cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes. Begin tasting pasta at 4 minutes and cook to desired tenderness. Do not overcook. 5. Drain.
