Red Lentil Flour, Organic, Quinoa Flour.
Cooking directions: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: add 2 tbsp. of oil to water. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. 3. Return to boil, stirring frequently. 4. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Begin tasting pasta at 6 minutes and cook to desired tenderness. Do not overcook. 5. Drain.
