Organic White Quinoa, Organic Millet, Organic Amaranth, Organic Garlic (Dehydrated), Organic Onion (Dehydrated), Sea Salt, Organic Spices (Dehydrated), Organic Red Bell Pepper (Dehydrated), Organic Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Organic Lemon Peel (Dehydrated), Organic Parsley (Dehydrated), Citric Acid, Organic Rice Concentrate and Organic Sunflower Oil Added to Prevent Caking.
Basic Cooking: 1. Add Ancient Grains Blend, seasoning and 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a 2-3 quart sauce pan. 2. Measure 2 cups of water into the pan, stir and cover. 3. Bring to boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook covered for 20 minutes. 4. After 20 minutes, turn off heat, remove from burner, keep cover on, and allow remaining water to absorb for approx. 5 minutes. 5. Mix well and serve. High Altitude: Increase simmer time to 22 minutes and increase rest time to 8 minutes.
