Keep frozen. Meatless veggie sausage. Cook from frozen. These sausages are fully pre-baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry. Stovetop (preferred method): Heat on lightly oiled skillet for 6-7 minutes turning frequently until product is sufficiently browned and heated throughout. Conventional or toaster oven: Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and heat at 350 degrees F for 11-12 minutes turning once halfway through cook. Microwave oven: Remove from overwrap and place one or more sausages in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave two sausages for about 35-45 seconds. Increase cooking time about 15-20 seconds for every two additional sausages. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
