Ingredients: Organic Potatoes, Organic Peas, Organic Corn, Mushrooms, Organic Onions, Organic Broccoli, Organic Lentils, Organic Baby Oats, Lima Beans, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Leeks, Organic Soy Milk (Water, Organic Soybeans), Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Filtered Water, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Potato Starch, Honey, Organic Garlic, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spices*, Black Pepper.
Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Conventional oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave oven. Make a 1" slit in top of overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Rotate tray 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. Toaster oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
