Ingredients

Organic Potatoes, Organic Peas, Organic Corn, Mushrooms, Organic Onions, Organic Broccoli, Organic Lentils, Organic Baby Oats, Baby Lima Beans, Organic Leeks, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Organic Soy Milk (Water, Organic Soybeans), Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Filtered Water, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Potato Starch, Honey, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spices (100% Herbs & Spices [No Hidden Ingredients]), Black Pepper.

Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tray from carton. Remove overwrap. Cover with foil. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove tray from carton. Make a 1 inch slit in top of overwrap. Cook on High for 3 minutes. Rotate tray 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 2 - 3 minutes. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
