Ingredients

Textured Soy Protein (Hexane Free), Organic Onions, Organic Mushrooms, Filtered Water, Organic Soy Fiber, Wheat Gluten, Organic Bulgur Wheat, Organic Celery, Tomato Puree, Organic Carrots, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Oats, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Walnuts, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Spices, Organic Potatoes, Organic Garlic, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Blackstrap Molasses, Grain Vinegar, Ground Mustard Seeds, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Black Pepper.

Directions

Cook from frozen. These burgers are fully pre-baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry. Cooks faster if thawed in the refrigerator for several hours. Stove top: Heat on lightly oiled skillet at medium to medium-low heat, turning occasionally, until heated throughout. Barbecuing: Oil each side lightly before grilling on indirect heat. Toaster oven or microwave oven: Place on a cookie sheet and heat at 375°F for 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Microwave oven: Remove from over-wrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for about 50-60 seconds. Increase cooking time about 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let stand 1 minute before eating. Since microwave ovens vary, please adjust cooking time to suit your particular oven.
