Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Black Pepper, Spices, Filtered Water, Paprika, Organic Garlic, Organic Broccoli, Organic Carrots, Organic butternut Squash, Organic Green Beans, Sea, Organic Jalapeno Peppers, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Red Onions, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, a Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt), Organic Jasmine Rice, Organic Sauteed Onions (Organic Onions, Organic Sunflower Oil), Organic Brown Cane Sugar (Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Blackstrap Molasses)

Directions

Keep frozen, Microwave or regular oven. Microwave (1100 W): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Heat on high for 10 minutes or until heated throughout. Remove overwrap and gently stir vegetables and curry sauce. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton and overwrap. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, gently stir vegetables and curry sauce. Replace foil and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Do not use a toaster oven. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
