Organic Brown Rice, Organic Black Beans, Organic Tomatillos, Queso Fresco (Pasteurized Milk, Natural Flavor, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet], Salt), Organic Onions, Organic Corn Tortilla (Organic White Corn Cooked in Water with a Trace of Lime), Organic Tomato Puree, Filtered Water, Organic Spinach, Organic Corn, Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Cilantro, Jalapeno Peppers, Grade AA Butter (Cream, Salt, Annatto), Organic High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Distilled Vinegar (Gluten Free), Organic Cane Sugar, Spices, Organic Green Chiles, Organic Lime Juice.


Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Remove overwrap and cover with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and stir beans. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until hot throughout. Microwave oven: Put a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes on medium (50% power), remove overwrap and stir beans. Cook on high for another 1 1/2 minutes, or until heated throughout. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only.
