(Vegan): Organic Rice Pasta (Organic Rice Flour, Water), Organic Broccoli, Organic Green Beans, Organic Carrots, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Organic Cabbage, Organic Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Salt), Pineapple Juice, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Green Onions, Organic Onions, Filtered Water, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Ginger, Organic Sesame Seed Oil, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Garlic, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Spices, Black Pepper.

Directions

Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
