Ingredients

Organic Pasta (Organic Semolina Flour, Water), Organic Broccoli, Organic Roasted Potatoes, Filtered Water, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, a Natural Firming Agent]), Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Organic Carrots, Organic Bell Peppers, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Onions, Organic Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt), Sea Salt, Mustard Powder, Paprika, Spices (100% Pure Herbs & Spices [No Hidden Ingredients]), Organic Garlic, Black Pepper, Organic Annatto.

Directions

Microwave or regular oven. Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove bowl from box and remove overwrap. Cover with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Microwave oven: Remove bowl from carton. Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 5 minutes or until hot. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
