Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Potatoes, Organic Carrots, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, A Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Onions, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Sea Salt), Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast, Honey, Spices*, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Turmeric.
Perishable. Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Vegetable pie. Remove and discard overwrap. Place on cookie sheet or foil. Conventional oven: Preheat, bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Toaster oven: Preheat, bake at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Microwave oven: Remove overwrap and place on a small microwave-safe plate. Heat on high 1 -1 1/2 minutes. Turn sandwich over and heat another 1 -1 1/2 minutes, or until hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. For crispier crust, place microwaved sandwich in toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 375 degrees F. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
