Keep frozen. Heating instructions: Oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Wrap in foil and heat another 25-30 minutes. Microwave oven: remove overwrap. Place wrap on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high 1 1/2 -2 minutes. Gently turn wrap over. Heat an additional 1-1 1/2 minutes. Let stir for 1 minute.
