Ingredients (Vegan): Organic Bulgur Wheat, Organic Black Beans, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Onions, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, A Natural Firming Agent]), Filtered Water, Organic Oats, Organic Soy Fiber, Soy Flour, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Celery, Organic Green Chiles, Organic Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Potatoes, Organic Corn, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Organic Bell Peppers, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Garlic, Spices, Organic Cornstarch, Cilantro, Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Organic Jalapeno Peppers.


Keep frozen. Directions: cook from frozen. These burgers are fully pre-baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry. Stove top: heat on lightly oiled skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Barbecuing: oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Toaster oven or conventional oven: place on cookie sheet and heat at 400 degrees F for 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Microwave oven: remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for about 50-60 seconds. Increase cooking time about 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let stand 1 minute before eating. Since microwave ovens vary, please adjust cooking time to suit your particular oven.
