For food safety and quality: Keep Frozen. Do not thaw. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Full baking sheet 26 - 30 minutes. Half baking sheet 15 - 18 minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet. Bake according to instructions above to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Stovetop skillet: Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes in a single layer. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Remove lid and increase heat to medium-high, stir. Continue to cook uncovered 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Note: Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to spatter. Please add potatoes carefully.
