Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen. For best results, cook on stove top. Stove top - in sauce - 14 mins. Place Quorn Chik'n Tenders in a saute pan. Add enough of your favorite sauce (ex. Indian, Chinese, etc.) to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 12-14 minutes, or until tenders are thoroughly heated. Stove top - in oil & seasoning - 12 mins. Heat 2-3 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add Quorn Chik'n Tenders to saute pan and desired seasoning (ex. Mexican). Cook, stirring frequently, 10-12 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Microwave (1000 watt) - 3 mins. For 1/2 bag of Quorn Chik'n Tenders: Place Quorn Chik'n Tenders on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high 2-2 1/2 minutes. For full bag of Quorn Chik'n Tenders: As above, but cook for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Note: ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Chik'n Tenders will keep for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
