Ingredients

Water, Toor Dal (an Indian Lentil), Vegetables (Onion, Bell Pepper, Egg Plant, Carrot, Okra), Soybean Oil, Tomato Puree, Salt, Tamarind, Coconut and Spices.

Directions

Add 1/2 can of water to contents (for soup, add full can of water), mix well and heat gently to a boil (microwave or stove). Serve with Jyoti Basmati Supreme or other rice, Idli (steamed rice cakes), Dosa (lentil pan cakes), pasta or breads.
