Keep frozen. Cooking: For Frozen Patties: Pan/Stove Top: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Grill: Place frozen patty on grill and heat for 5 minutes on each side. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes. Toaster/Toaster Oven: Toast frozen patty on medium-low setting for 1 to 2 cycles. Toasters vary, use with caution. Microwave: Not recommended.
