Natural Farm-Raised Shrimp.
Recommended Thawing Instructions: For best results, place shrimp in a strainer or colander and cover (either aluminum foil or plastic wrap). Place a pan underneath the strainer or colander and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. For quick thawing, place desired quantity of frozen shrimp in a colander or strainer and rinse under cold running water for 6-7 minutes, or until thawed. Cooking Instructions: Never overcook shrimp. Thaw Shrimp: Drop them in boiling water, reduce heat immediately and simmer 1 1/2 minutes. Remove them from the heat source, drain at once and place in cold water to prevent overcooking. Remove from cold water, and enjoy. If not used immediately, store thawed shrimp up to 3 days in refrigerator. Do not refreeze. Keep frozen until used. Thaw under refrigeration.
