Texas beef tacos. 1 pound ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1 large potato, cooked, peeled, diced (optional) 1 pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce. 1. Brown beef with onion (and potato if using) in large nonstick skillet, about 10 min. 2. Stir sauce into skillet; heat through. 3. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro & tomato. Variation: Substitute ground turkey for ground beef and brown with onion in 1 tablespoon oil.
