Quick recipe serves 4. Classic chicken in red chile mole. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 pouch Frontera red chile mole simmer sauce. 1. Season chicken with salt. Heat 1 Tbs. oil in skillet over medium-high. Brown chicken on both sides. 2. Add sauce. Cover pan; simmer on low until cooked, about 15 min. Variation: use chicken thighs or bone-in breasts; increase cooking by 5 to 10 min.
