Filtered Water, Vital Wheat Gluten, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil, Organic Expeller Pressed Palm Fruit Oil, Barley Malt, Naturally Flavored Yeast Extract, Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Paprika, Sea Salt, Onions, Spices, Whole Wheat Flour, Garlic, Natural Liquid Smoke, Caraway, Celery Seed, Ground Yellow Mustard and Paprika Oleoresin.


Peel casing before eating. Grill/saute: peel casing before cooking. Clip one end of frank with scissors. Cut down the length of frank and remove plastic casing. Grill on outdoor grill or brown in saute pan with a little oil over low heat for 10 minutes. Boil in casing: snip franks off of bundle, keep casing on, boil for 10 minutes, remove casing (see above) and serve. Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated. May have been previously frozen, ok to refreeze.
