Black Bean Spaghetti with Peppers: 1 pack of explore Asian black bean spaghetti. 3 peppers of different colors (red, green, yellow). 1/2 cup of chopped spring onions. Sauce: 1/3 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup vinegar. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar garlic salt and pepper. Cooking instructions: Cook the spaghetti by boiling 8 cups of water, add spaghetti to the boiling water then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Immediately rinse under cold running water. Cut the peppers into thin strips and add to the finely chopped spring onion. Mix the sauce ingredients. Mix all of the ingredients together with the pasta and serve cold.
