Potato Puree (Water, Potato Flakes), Wheat Flour, Salt, Natural Flavor, Dusted with Rice Flour, Glucono Delta Lactone (as Acidity Corrector), Sorbic Acid (as Preservative).
Cooking instructions. 1. Remove from pouch and add contents to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. 2. Boil for 3-4 minutes, or until gnocchi float to the top while stirring occasionally. 3. Drain in a colander and serve with your favorite Delallo sauce.
