Preparation: 1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb. of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm al dente pasta (vary cooking time for desired consistency). 3. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite sauce.
