Microwave Directions:Important: Do not microwave in bag.Pour corn and 2 tablespoons water into 1-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. For a 1200 watt microwave, cook for 31/2 minutes on high.For a 1000 watt microwave, cook for 4 minutes on high.For a 700 watt microwave, cook for 5 minutes on high.Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove-Top Directions:Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Add corn. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160degF as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat setting as needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
